Alicia sees her life change completely when her husband, Aurelio, is found guilty and imprisoned for corruption, while videos linking him to a sex scandal come to light. With her family under public scrutiny, she decides to return to practicing law after 20 years and rebuild her career in order to move forward. As she tries to regain her professional footing and support her teenage children through this new reality, Alicia begins to question what she wants for her life.
