Beginning Thursday, Nov. 5, LG Channels will launch a dedicated 24/7 Taskmaster channel, bringing more than 300 hours of the hit series to LG Smart TV viewers across the U.S. No subscription. Created by Alex Horne and produced by Avalon, Taskmaster sees five comedians take on a series of bizarre, brilliantly conceived challenges under the watchful eye of the formidable Taskmaster, popular UK comedian Greg Davies, and his ever-loyal assistant, Horne. The result? Ingenious solutions, spectacular failures, and hilariously unpredictable mayhem.
The new channel will include more than 30 seasons spanning the UK, Australian and New Zealand editions, featuring episodes with popular contestants including Nicola Coughlan (Bridgerton), Nick Mohammed (Ted Lasso), The Great British Bakeoff’s Noel Fielding, Sue Perkins, and Mel Godyreic, plus American comedy favorites Jason Mantzoukas and Kumail Nanjiani, among many others. The launch makes LG Channels the exclusive FAST destination where fans in the U.S. can find the full English-language Taskmaster catalog in one place.
